Yes we are shipping to most countries without any issues or delays.

How quickly does item begin shipping processing?

After purchase please allow us 3-5 business days for item to be shipped. Our average time is 1-2 days but due to unforeseen delays please allow more time. If you have not received an email with tracking within that timeframe check your spam/junk folder and if there is no email, please contact us to inquire on the status of your order. 

What are the Safety and Security of my items?

Our warehouse follows CDC protocol by keeping 6 foot distance between employees, all our employees also use face masks and gloves as mandatory in our warehouse.

Refund order

Please allow item to arrive before we can process a refund inquiry, we cannot process a refund until item has arrived to its destination. It cannot be done while item is in transit, even if it is delayed.

My device is defective. What should I do?

First, please verify the device instruction manual. In the last section you will find a Troubleshooting, please verify if your device has one of the mention issues. If the problem is not described in the instruction manual, please email us via tommy@ibaselab.com.
