ANLAN has a wide variety of products and devices that range from Facial Care, Facial Clean, Hair Care, Hair Removal Tools.

2. Are ANLAN devices safe to use?

After the device development, it goes through thousands of tests. All products convey with international safety rules.

3. My device is defective. What should I do?

First, please verify the device instruction manual. In the last section you will find a Troubleshooting, please verify if your device has one of the mention issues. If the problem is not described in the instruction manual, please email us via Jenna@ibaselab.com.

4. How to use ANLAN devices?

Along with your ANLAN device, you also receive an instruction manual where you will be able to learn how to use the device.

5. How can I get samples of ANLAN devices in order to make reviews on my Webpage/Blog/YouTube/Social Media?

6. What are ANLAN office hours?

We are available in the office from Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm.
